An Electrocardiogram (EKG) Technician is a healthcare professional who measures and records the electrical activity of the heart through EKG testing in hospitals and clinical settings.
This program is designed with a focus on hands-on EKG procedures and national certification preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and perform EKG procedures and cardiac stress testing
- Assist with the application of Holter monitors and ambulatory cardiac monitoring devices
- Organize test results and report findings to physicians
- Maintain patient charts and enter EKG-related documentation into electronic systems
Program Information
- Program Length: 6 weeks of online theory + 1 day of hands-on training
- Medical English Support: Four practical conversation sessions (in-person or via Zoom)
- Practice Exams: Six mock exams provided for certification exam preparation
* Korean summary study materials are provided to support learning comprehension
Tuition Information
- Tuition includes online coursework, hands-on training, and basic consumable supplies.
- A separate $50 registration fee is required / AHA BLS (CPR) certification ($95) is required separately
Certification Exam
- Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible to take the NHA CET (Certified EKG Technician) exam
Admission Requirements (Summary)
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Government-issued photo identification
- High school diploma or GED (English version required)
