Please review and submit the required documents requested for Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) processing. Timely submission helps prevent delays in enrollment, funding review, and class scheduling.

This page is for mandatory for all students. Please upload or submit all requested documents as instructed by the school. Incomplete or missing documents may delay processing or approval. We are happy to help guide you through the document process.

  • TWC-related forms 
  • Proof you have toured the school's facility
