Certification Exam

  • Six full-length practice exams provided
  • Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible to take the NHA CMAA (Certified Medical Administrative Assistant) certification exam.
  • The exam evaluates medical office operations, patient communication, scheduling, documentation, healthcare workflow, compliance, and professionalism.
  • The exam consists of 135 questions (110 scored questions and 25 pretest questions).
  • Students are given 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete the examination.
  • A minimum scaled score of 390 out of 500 is required to pass.
