- Delivery Format: Hybrid program — online coursework + hands-on phlebotomy lab training
- Online Coursework: 110 hours
- School Lab Training: 10 hours
- Hands-On Training: Venipuncture, capillary puncture, specimen processing, infection control, and safety procedures

- Tuition includes online coursework, hands-on training, textbooks, materials, lab fees, and liability insurance.

Certification Exam
- Six full-length practice exams provided
- Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible to take the NHA CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician) certification exam.
- The NHA CPT exam evaluates the knowledge and skills needed for entry-level phlebotomy work, including patient identification, venipuncture, capillary puncture, specimen collection, specimen handling, infection control, safety standards, medical ethics, and professional communication.
- The exam consists of 120 questions (100 scored questions and 20 pretest questions).
- Students are given 2 hours to complete the examination.
- A minimum scaled score of 390 out of 500 is required to pass.
- Candidates who do not pass may retake the examination according to current NHA retake policies.

- Government-issued photo identification or passport
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent documentation
- BLS (CPR) certification must be submitted prior to graduation
- Students must pass a criminal background check
