Clinical Skills Training in Dallas | CNA, MA, Phlebotomy & EKG
DMS Care offers clinical skills training in Dallas, including CNA training, medical assistant training, phlebotomy training, EKG training, and PCT preparation. Our hands-on healthcare training is designed for students who need flexible scheduling for skills labs and clinical sessions.
Healthcare Skills Training Programs
- CNA Skills Training (Skill 1 & 2) – 2-day training. Skill 1 and Skill 2 cover different content and must be scheduled separately.
- CNA Clinical Training – 5-day consecutive clinical training in a real healthcare setting. All 5 days must be scheduled in sequence.
- Medical Assistant Skills Training (MA Skills) – 2-day consecutive training including injections, phlebotomy, EKG, dressing, and vital signs. Please schedule both days.
- Phlebotomy Training – Hands-on blood draw practice with mannequins and live practice, with a goal of up to 40 successful blood draws.
- EKG Training – ICU RN-led instruction combined with hands-on practice, including lead placement and rhythm interpretation.
- PCT Training – Students must complete CNA Skill 1 & 2 and the 2-day MA Skills lab first. After completing the skills lab, students will attend a 5-day hospital clinical together with CNA Clinical.
Training Requirements
- All students must wear navy scrubs.
- Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are required.
- CNA and PCT Clinical requires completion of the school lab.
- AHA BLS (CPR) certification is required for all students attending clinical training. Certification may be obtained on the day of your skill lab if needed, but you must notify us in advance.
Attendance and Scheduling Policy
Please arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Absence without prior notice may result in removal from the program. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least one day in advance.
