This program is designed to build practical medical administrative skills and prepare students for the NHA CMAA national certification.

Certification Exam
  • Six full-length practice exams provided
  • Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible to take the NHA CMAA (Certified Medical Administrative Assistant) certification exam.
  • The exam evaluates medical office operations, patient communication, scheduling, documentation, healthcare workflow, compliance, and professionalism.

Admission Requirements (Summary)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
  • Government-issued photo identification or passport
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent documentation
  • BLS (CPR) certification must be submitted prior to program completion
