A Medical Administrative Assistant works in a variety of healthcare settings—including hospitals, clinics, and insurance offices—supporting daily operations through patient intake and administrative services.
This program is designed to build practical medical administrative skills and prepare students for national certification.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
- Register patients and manage Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Maintain patient and insurance information
- Prepare office documents and perform data entry
- Assist with basic medical billing and coding tasks
Program Information
- Program Length: 20 weeks
- Delivery Format: 100% online
- Medical English Support: Four practical conversation sessions (in-person or via Zoom)
* Korean summary study materials are provided to support learning comprehension
Tuition Information
- Tuition includes online coursework and six full-length practice exams.
- $50 registration fee and $ 95 AHA BLS (CPR) certification fee required separately
Certification Exams
- Upon completion of the program, students may choose to sit for one of the following three NHA certification exams:
- NHA CMAA – Certified Medical Administrative Assistant
- NHA CBCS – Certified Billing & Coding Specialist
- NHA CEHRS – Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist
Admission Requirements (Summary)
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Government-issued photo identification
- High school diploma or college degree (English version required; GED accepted)
