NHA Certification Program Admission Guide

The NHA programs at DMS Care Training Center are designed to prepare students for nationally recognized certifications issued by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
This admission guide applies to the following certification programs offered at our school: CPT, CET, PCT, CPhT, CMAA, and CCMA.
Enrollment will begin once both the Enrollment Agreement submission and the $50 application fee payment have been completed.

Enrollment Notice
Enrollment is confirmed only after BOTH the Enrollment Agreement submission and the $50 application fee payment have been completed. After your registration is confirmed, the school will provide further instructions for course enrollment, scheduling, and account setup.

NHA Program Enrollment Steps

  1. Submit the Enrollment Agreement and application form.
    Students must complete the Enrollment Agreement and submit the online application form. During the application process, you will upload the required documents such as identification and educational records.
  2. Pay the $50 application fee.
    After submitting the application form, please complete the $50 application fee payment. Once the payment is confirmed, your registration will be processed and your seat will be reserved.
  3. Complete the tuition payment.
    After your application has been reviewed, the school will provide instructions for tuition payment and course scheduling.
  4. Create your NHA Candidate account.
    Students must create an NHA Candidate account in order to take the official certification exam. The school will guide you through the account setup and course system connection process.
  5. Complete the training program.
    Courses are delivered primarily through online instruction.
    Some certification programs may also include optional or required hands-on lab or skills practice depending on the program requirements.
  6. Take the official NHA certification exam.
    After successfully completing the program, students become eligible to take the official NHA certification exam for their selected certification program.

Required Documents

  • Valid Identification (Driver’s License or Passport)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • CPR/BLS Certification
    ※ May be obtained during the program but must be submitted before graduation.

Important Notice
• Both the Enrollment Agreement submission and the $50 application fee payment must be completed to reserve your seat.
• Missing documents may delay course enrollment or certification exam eligibility.
• Program schedules may vary depending on the certification program selected.
