Flexible installment options with clear due dates and payment methods.
DMS Care Training offers flexible 3-payment plans to make tuition affordable. A 10% tuition increase rounded up to the nearest $10 applies when using the payment plan. A non-refundable $50 registration fee is paid separately at enrollment.
Note: Tuition must be paid in full before the student can take the certification exam.

Payment Schedule
- Payment 1: Due at the start of class
- Payment 2: Due by Friday of Week 3 or Week 6 depending on program length
- Payment 3: Due by the final week listed below
How to Pay
Payments can be made through our school website, or by Cash, Card, PayPal, Zelle (admin@dmscaretraining.com), or Check. When paying online, enter “plan” in the Coupon Code box to activate the installment schedule.
Late Payment & Course Access Policy
All installment payments must be submitted on or before the scheduled due dates listed above.
- If a scheduled payment is not received by the due date, the student’s course access will be temporarily closed.
- While the course is closed, the student may not attend class, access online materials, participate in labs or clinicals, or receive instructor support.
- Course access will be reinstated only after the overdue balance is paid in full.
- Missed class time, labs, or clinical hours due to non-payment are not guaranteed to be made up and may impact program completion.
