Photography & Media Use Policy
DMS Care Training Center may take photographs, video recordings, and other media during classroom instruction, hands-on skills training, clinical simulations, graduation ceremonies, and school-sponsored activities.
With the student’s prior voluntary consent, DMS Care Training Center may use identifiable images, videos, and recordings for educational, informational, promotional, and marketing purposes on our official website; Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms; brochures, flyers, and newsletters; and school advertising and promotional communications. Authorized media may be edited and published for those purposes without additional compensation.
Voluntary Consent
Media consent is optional and is collected separately during enrollment or before identifiable promotional use. Students may refuse consent without affecting enrollment, academic standing, or participation in training.
Withdrawal of Consent
Students may withdraw consent for future promotional media use by submitting a written request to DMS Care Training Center at admin@dmscare.org. We will stop new uses and make reasonable efforts to remove media from school-controlled platforms. Removal from third-party shares, downloads, or previously distributed printed materials cannot be guaranteed.
Privacy and Confidentiality
DMS Care Training Center will not knowingly disclose confidential student records, identifiable patient information, medical records, or other protected information through promotional media. Parent or legal guardian authorization will be obtained for students under 18 where required by applicable law.
For information about personal data handling, please review our Privacy Policy.
