After the program

From certification to your first job

Passing the exam is the start, not the finish. We stay with you until you're ready to walk into your first shift.

  1. Practice until it's second nature

Our RN-led team has you repeat each skill hands-on until you're confident — not just until a checklist is signed.

  2. Earn the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)

A national credential from the National Healthcareer Association, recognized by employers across the U.S. As an NHA partner school, DMS helps eligible students schedule their exam.

  3. Get job-ready

Resume and interview help, professional communication, and career seminars throughout the year — so you know what hiring managers expect before you apply.
